When the two Bluetooth earbuds can't pair with each other, or only one wireless earbud works, or they can't connect to your device, how do you reset them?

1. Put both wireless earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid (power off).

2. Clear pairing record between the wireless earbuds and all your Bluetooth devices.

3. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and double-tap the charging-tap the right earbud touch control position. When two earbuds are flashing blue, that means the two earbuds are paired together.

4. Turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth, and then search for Bluetooth devices and reconnect to them.
