1. What is your MOQ (MOQ = Minimum Order Quantity)?
If you order our brands (SINOBI / SK) of watches, which we have in stock with no MOQ limit, you can buy as many as you want and can mix with different models and different colors.
2. Can you provide a sample first before I place a mass production order?
Yes, we can provide samples for your reference, and the sample fee will be returned to you when you order mess bulk products which reaches minimum order quantity 300~500 pieces
3. How about your products' quality?
Our quality has been praised by so many clients; the quality advantages are as below:
1) All our SINOBI and Shengke (SK) watches are at least 3 ATM water resistant and 100% tested by a Waterproof Testing Machine.
2) All our brands’ watches are vacuum plated; the color would last at least 1~2 years.
3) For OEM or ODM watches, we will produce the watches as your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, etc. You can arrange for your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.
4. How long is your warranty time?
All our Sinobi and Shengke (SK) brand watches have a 12-month warranty.
5. What's the delivery time?
If take our brand logo watches, the delivery 3~7 days after payment
For OEM orders, the delivery time is 20~25 days for alloy case watches and 45~50 days for stainless steel case watches.
6. How about shipping methods?
If you have a courier in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed.
7. What are your payment terms?
1) For our stock Sinobi and SK brand watches, payment should be arranged 2~3 days before shipping.
2) For OEM or ODM orders with your own logo, 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipping.
